Bring a small pan of water to the boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the packet instructions
Once cooked drain the noodles reserving 2 tbsp of the cooking liquid.
Return the noodles and reserved liquid to the pan. Add 1/2 tsp of cayenne chili powder, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce and 1 tsp of chili bean paste.
Stir to incorporate the ingredients and serve immediately.
