Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

This spring roll dipping sauce couldn’t be more simple – there is no cooking involved, just stir and serve.

The following quantities are for each person’s dipping bowl, just multiply the amount by how many people you are serving.

Ingredients

• 1 tsp light soy sauce
• 1 tsp black rice vinegar
• 1 tsp hoisin sauce
• ¹⁄₂ tsp chili bean paste (Toban Djan)
• ¹⁄₂ tsp crispy chili in oil (Laoganma)

Instructions

1. Add all of the ingredients to a small dipping bowl and serve with chicken spring rolls, or any other spring rolls you fancy.
